ABSURDISME (DUMB RAISES)

Terperangah aku dalam absurdisme yang kekal
Sementara logika ku terpenjara dalam kepastian yang fana
Terpaut hati akan janji
Meskipun ku tahu itu tak kan terjadi

Ku lihat boneka kelinci memaipulasi pikiran ber-intelejensi
Meskipun mereka mengerti semua hanyalah narasi dan “imagery”
Telah menjadi pasti sesosok makhluk dapat beradaptasi
Akan tetapi kali ini mereka telah lama menjauh dari religi

Ku dengar mereka tertarik dengan pentingnya setetes minyak
Tak ku sadari inilah akar kegelisahan orang banyak
Sang Elang pun memproklamirkan diri sebagai yang terhebat
Tapi mengapa dia membantai dengan mengatasnamakan rakyat?

Anggaplah aku hanya hidup dalam Utopia
Negeri indah tanpa celah dalam impian
Andaikan saja aku mampu melawan,
“Maafkanlah, hamba hanya seorang budak, Tuan !”
